  • Abstract
    The relationship University - Business - State the three major players in the development of technological innovation and production. The University can encourage development through knowledge and research contributions for companies to design and implement projects in support of modernization and innovation of its processes. The companies in turn can contribute their efforts to open spaces of interaction for the implementation of research projects. The Government in turn sets policies for the links between universities and enterprises to develop collaborative spaces providing for the acquisition of resources, legislation and specific regulations, standards of good governance. This research will establish the review of past analysis to state of knowledge of unification criteria of certification and recertification professional engineers. The following of study of the state of knowledge of unification criteria of certification and recertification professional engineers.
