Abstract :
Enhancing the educational technology capacity for teachers is an important part of the education informatizaton. It is demanded by the professional development of teachers and instruction reform. This paper provided some strategies of enhancing the educational technology capacity for teachers according to the present educational situations of universities. The strategies provided five aspects such as policy supports, environment, pre-service training, post training and virtual collaboration. It is of great significance for the changes in educational thinking and concepts and to promote the reform of instructional model, system, content and methods, and also to accelerate the educational and management modernization. So it is important to enhance the educational technology capacity for university teachers.
