Abstract :
Entrepreneurial innovation is a very important driving force of economic development and a decisive factor for optimizing of social interests. Starting from the competitive exclusive and externality characteristics of entrepreneurial innovation, using the individual entrepreneurs´ maximizing investment decision-making theory, the paper analyzes the relationship of entrepreneurial innovation inputs and economic benefits. Then with the model of Baumol´s optimal spillover rate determination, we explore the incentive directions and means of entrepreneurial innovation.
