An analysis for development of family enterprise based on the theory of management entropy

The entropy has been widely used to measure the confused degree of the organization, which provides the chain between the analysis and the application for the enterprise´s strategy management. According to the nature of the entropy and the entropy theory, we give the business system´s entropy model. Then we analyze family enterprise´s political characters and entropy flow. Furthermore, the entropy flow of the family enterprise is also uncertain in different development stage. Finally, we give some management advices for a family enterprise based on the theory of entropy.
