The main purpose of this research is to find whether and when manufacturers should implement the supervision to the reverse logistics channels members. Firstly the importance of the supervision to the channel members was illustrated by the game analysis. Then, the paper analyzed the right time and conditions that the supervision should be implemented by building the game model. As a conclusion, the monitoring points of implementation supervision to channel members can be gotten. The manufacturer should monitor them when the channel members are inactive.
