After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Investment is an everlasting focus point in our life, especially in 21st century. Various households have different investment portfolios which are based on the different attributes of every age stage. Classification of typical household is interrelated with investment yield of every portfolio. To know the characteristic of every type of household directly affects the investor to allocate capital reasonable and rational. This paper aims to define and assort typical family in Beijing, by using mutual exclusive theory and primary data collected by distributing questionnaire and depth interview and second hand information. Furthermore, under every general group, there are also some different subgroups which assorted by unique variables according to the features of different age stages. The research paper shows nine categories of typical family in Beijing and denotes detailed divisiory basis respectively.
