The Forty-Third Asilomar Conference on Signals, Systems, and Computers was held November 1–4, 2009 at the Asilomar Hotel and Conference Grounds, Pacific Grove, California. The conference was organized in cooperation with the Naval Postgraduate School, ATK Mission Research, and the IEEE Signal Processing Society.
