Fostering creativity and entrepreneurhsip skills in lifelong learning context - An European approach for educating the educators of early school leavers

Because innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship are increasingly important in the current job market, particularly in today´s rapidly changing society with the demand for more flexible workers, it is important to provide adult educators with the necessary tools to develop these aspects amongst the most vulnerable groups in society as is the case of early-school leavers. This paper presents a European level approach to this problematic and shows what results has been achieved so far.
