Abstract :
Starting from a CNNIC report and a survey investigation, the article shows the importance of promoting e-learning for college students and its potentiality. As E-learning has developed with new ideas such as equal Learning, the article further analyzes the psychological characteristics of college students and their influence on the current e-learning promotion. The argument has put forward s social psychological perspective on the study of e-learning development in universities.
