Industry is an important pillar of Hangzhou´s economy, but the recent industrial economy of Hangzhou has undergone a greater volatility by the impact of international financial crisis. This study based on the status quo of the development of Hangzhou´s industrial economy during the financial crisis, deeply analyzed the main reasons which affect the development of Hangzhou´s industrial economy, than provided some suggestions to overcome the impact of financial crisis to achieve the sustainable development of Hangzhou´s industrial economy.
