Abstract :
To achieve coordinated operation of the tourism service supply chain, the concept and the operations processes of integrated tourism service supply chain (ITSSC) management is studied. The tourism service supply chain system, connecting the source market, tourism intermediary organizations, long distance transport providers, destination service providers and other related service providers, is investigated. The ITSSC operations model is established, which is comprised of five basic management processes including the integrated service planning process, service sourcing process, service supporting process, service delivery process and the feedback, evaluation and improvement process. The integration scope and depth of ITSSC is investigated. And the operations mode of ITSSC is probed into. The integrated tourism service supply chain management can integrate the individual service providing organizations into a coordinated holistic system, so as to improve the competitiveness of the individual organizations and the supply chain as a whole.
