Abstract :
This paper empirically researches on external motivations of R & D outsourcing by multiple regression analysis. The results show that the market environment changes, the attitude of governments and international organizations and relevant policies and economic globalization is respectively positively related with R & D outsourcing, receives strongly support. But the development of information technology positively related with R & D outsourcing has not been strongly supported. The results provide significant implications to management of R & D outsourcing enterprises.
