Abstract :
Through in-depth analysis of the current situation of online advertising regulation in China, the practical problems and difficulties in supervision and administration over the online advertising are pointed out. The effectiveness of regulation is seriously affected by lack of unified regulatory approaches, advanced technologies and coordination among different authorities. Some solutions are proposed to regulate the online advertising. In this paper, an integrated framework of online advertising regulatory based on SOA is proposed, in order to break the barriers and boundaries between departments, promote the extent of information resources sharing, and finally improve the regulatory efficiency.
