Abstract
A concept and architecture of the distributed integrated telecommunication network on the basis of multilevel ring-shaped structures with Russian ATM-equipment are proposed. A problem of routing in ring-shaped multilevel network with duplicated rings is decided. Principles of construction are presented for: interregional satellite transfer network; regional transfer networks with channels on the basis of cable lines and/or radio-lines of quasi-cellular networks of Earth base stations, and collective stations of radio access for subscriber terminal networks. Subscriber terminal networks on the basis of monochannels and peculiarities of realization of subscriber network equipment and subscriber network concentrators are presented. Economical estimations are given for construction of networks with 10000 subscribers.
