Abstract :
To study the evolution of enterprise strategy synergistic effect, this paper defined enterprise strategy synergistic effect and drew mathematical description. Quadratic nonlinearity differential equation is used to depict self-organization evolution process of enterprise strategy synergistic effect. This paper issued that strategy synergistic effect would be in sustainable benign development when the inner endowment growth rate jointly affected by routine factors and transform factors. The evolution period is divided into initial phase, growth phase, maturity phase and transition phase. The results of routine factors and transform factors analysis exhibit different evolution characteristics in different phases. After enterprise strategy changed, strategy synergy patterns was going to change and strategy synergistic effect would evolve in higher management level.
