  • Abstract
    A new power supply for metal halide lamps is presented which controls the power so that the brightness can always become the rating. Even if the relation of the power and the brightness is greatly nonlinear, the excellent start-up response and the constant brightness can be obtained with high efficiency (93%~95%)
