Abstract :
Cooperation plays an important role in Agri food supply chain, it´s important to research on promoting cooperation in agri-food supply chain. Agri-food supply chain has three main stages: production, process and marketing. In order to guarantee quality and stabilization of price, horizontal cooperation usually exists in production stage, while vertical cooperation usually exists in different stages. A model is built to explain the barrier of cooperation and adopt transaction-cost perspective. Finally, the conclusion verifies the importance of cooperation in agri-food supply chain.
