Abstract
In this paper we present Palpatine, an IMS application server providing a point-to-multi-point video share delivery service where a video share capable 3G device can capture audio and video in real time and send it lively to a group of 3G terminals wishing to receive it. Palpatine integrates seamlessly into IMS infrastructures without requiring any network modification and fulfilling all required standards. For this reason, Palpatine can be directly used over any IMS-compliant network without requiring the installation of any external application on current commercial video share capable mobile devices.
