Abstract :
The paper presents the design of high stability low noise Gunn diode oscillator with small frequency tuning by varactor. It is intended to be used especially as a local oscillator in the radiointerferometer of radiotelescope RT-22 (Crimean Radioastrophysical Observatory CRO).
