Abstract :
The output watt-frequency properties of 8 mm GaAs-Gunn oscillators, operating on the 1st or 2nd harmonic are experimentally investigated. It has been shown that with environment temperature increasing (20/spl deg/C-70/spl deg/C) the oscillator frequency band is narrowed by 15% to 30%.
