Study on construction mode and mechanism of rural medical supply chain culture

In order to improve performance and competitiveness of rural medical supplying chain, this paper analyzes the meaning, strategic position and formation process of rural medical supplying chain culture, and proposes three construction modes of rural medical supplying chain culture including integration mode, interactive mode and isolation mode, and designs values sharing mechanism, culture fusion mechanism, mutual trust mechanism, communication & coordination mechanism and incentive mechanism, which can promote construction of rural medical supplying chain culture. Thus to provide theory method guidance and tactics support for managing rural medical supply chain and the culture.
