Abstract :
This paper gives the definition of sustainable competitive advantage (SCA), also outlines the helix evolvement. Different industry has different special environment. At different development stage of the same industry, the difference is obvious. Based on different marketing environment, “three-edge” structural model is constructed in this paper. Three types of environment (Stable environment, dynamic environment, super-compete environment) are involved in the model. In addition, as to SCA, industry advantage is precondition, extension resource is foundation, core competence is the key, strategic capability is impetus, and flexible capability is the base for long. Finally mutual relation among three levels is explained in detail.
