Abstract :
This paper deals with PILS implementation of top-attack guidance and control algorithm. Global trends of the guided missiles against armored ground vehicles are with passive homing guidance and fire & forget ability using imaging infrared(IIR) seeker for precise attack and protecting shooter. Additionally, top-attack is preferred to break target defense system effectively. The missiles are getting smaller and lighter, and the variation of mass center and velocity becomes larger. Consequently, the guidance and control algorithm for top-attack method is required and the verification of the algorithm must be performed. The algorithm developed with MATLAB/SIMULINK, is converted to C language for PILS.
