            Abstract : 
In order to grasp the states of human resource management accurately, this paper studies the whole process of human resource management from the input to the output of human resource, establishes the evaluation index system of human resource crisis, and evaluates the human resource management crisis of the enterprise with principal component analysis. This paper draws the following conclusions: the crisis level of human resource can be obtained not only using the longitudinal dates of the enterprise, but also using the multiple competitors´ horizontal cross-section dates.
