On the capital investment risks management an empirical analysis for Heilongjiang province

As the most important part of economic growth, capital investment has a higher growth rate recently and occupies the amazing share among all the investments. Based on the theory of risks management, the capital investment risk factors were fully analyzed and an index system for the reasonable evaluation of capital investment was brought forward, which aimed at the quantitative and overall evaluation for the capital investment risks. With the help of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, the detail analysis for risks managements of capital investment proposed the empirical countermeasures regarding the capital investment and all the conclusions passed the empirical discrimination by Heilongjiang province of China.
