Abstract :
The results of the calculation of static and dynamic modes of the inductive output tube (IOT), tetrode, tristron and klystron are presented. The comparison of the output parameters of the mentioned devices has been carried out. It is shown that IOT has advantages in comparison with a tetrode in power, efficiency and amplification factor, and also benefits against a klystron in mass-dimensional parameters. The procedure of IOT calculation is presented.
