Abstract
Axial non-uniform electromagnetic waves generation by electrons, rotating in crossed fields in the free space (in the absence of the resonator) is investigated theoretically. It is shown that at the condition of Cherenkov resonance under sufficiently great radial electrostatic field, the generated wave increment grows with frequency increasing. That is why strong radial electrostatic fields can influence the increasing of wave frequencies, generated in similar systems.
