            Abstract : 
Researches on third-party logistics have become increasingly fruitful, so it´s very urgent to evaluate the service quality of third-party logistics reasonably. This paper establishes a service quality evaluation model of third-party logistics based on the SERVQUAL quality evaluation system, and evaluates the service quality of third-party logistics reasonably with dynamic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results show that dynamic fuzzy method can accurately reflect where the failure of third party logistics services is, and give forecasts. Finally, the validity of the model is verified by an example.
