Abstract :
In order to achieve the coordination and balance development of the coal supply chain, this paper designed a performance evaluation model of coal supply chain, using Balanced score-card and the Supply chain operation standard model. Six coal supply chains´ performance was evaluated by Analytic Hierarchy Process and Entropy method. The results show that the development of coal supply chains in our country is in an early-stage; the performance of the coal supply chain which core business is circulation enterprises are superior to which core business is production enterprise. Some measures are suggested for coal supply chain to improve coal supply chain performance.
