Abstract :
The purpose is to verify career plateau and organizational commitment impact on job performance. The study was accomplished by using in-depth interviews and a questionnaire. The results of the study shows that there are significant negative correlations between career plateau and organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a great role in promoting the job performance, organizational commitment fully mediates the influence of content plateau and centralizing plateau on job performance, and also partially mediates the influence of hierarchical plateau on performance. Research also revealed that in order to improve performance enterprise should pay attention to training the corporate identity of staff, and implement job rotation system, dilute the promotion view of staff, effectively alleviate the pressure of promotion.
