Abstract

With the rapid development of Chinese automobile market, the competitions of all kinds of enterprises are impetuosity. The efficiency and cost of automobile enterprises become more important than ever. The effects of production logistics to efficiency and cost of production are certificated by automobile industry. Through the quantitative and qualitative analysis, this paper discusses the improvement of the production logistics based on network planning technology. The efficiency of transportation and loading can be increased and the time spent for production can be decreased. The competitive power of automobile enterprise can be improved by the result of this paper.
