Abstract :
A quantum approach to electron transport has been developed in recent years, where the Wigner function (WF) contains also the information of the phonon state; trace over the phonon variables is performed on the iterative solution used for the numerical simulation. In this paper an extension of this method is presented, where a two time WF is defined followed by a proper Fourier transform.
