Abstract :
The capability of enterprises sustainable development is the necessary elements for enterprises to achieve sustainable development. It´s key to ascertain the elements and their relationship of the capability of sustainable development for enterprises. This paper analyzed the features of sustainable development enterprises, attributed the capability of enterprises sustainable development to six elements of the capability including innovation, controlling, culture, resources, competition and growth on the basis of inductive method, and established the structural model of the above six elements. The research results can play the mirror role of deepening the theory study of enterprises sustainable development.
