Abstract :
This paper discusses the possibility of Third-Party online payment system based on campus card, then analyses the security of online payment based on campus card and finally provides the scheme of realization. In the realization, virtual account is introduced. According to the characteristic of campus commerce, this paper originates the escrow without third party logistics.
