Abstract :
The paper focuses on the relationship between economic integration in Northeast Asia and the development of Heilongjiang Province based on economic environment in Northeast Asia. To develop logistics industry in Heilongjiang Province, the paper proposes measures that can enhance the level of development in accordance with the development of logistics industry in Heilongjiang Province.
