Abstract :
The theoretical and approach research on the advantage of industry regional development is beneficial to the detection of the origin and factors that affect competitive advantage of green food industry in Heilongjiang province. The analysis is made on the comparative advantage and competitive advantage by means of local quotient index. The study shows that the overall growing trend of green food industry in Heilongjiang province is likely to increase fluctuate, which belongs to the advantageous region of green food industry in China, the competitive advantage is more obvious after 2001. It is essential to combine market adjustment with systematic advantage, to combine the construction of green food base and the cultivation, support of big corporation groups, and to combine cooperation with competition, then the win-win, multi-wining developing framework will finally come into being.
