            Abstract : 
In single-piece and small-batch production enterprise, the product manufacturing process often needs change and production scheduling problem is complicated. According to the development process of single-piece and small-batch product (SSP), a collaborative platform via network based manufacturing environment for SSP development is proposed in this paper. The main structure of the platform and the cooperation process between each application modules are proposed. Moreover, a kind of dynamic job shop scheduling algorithm is presented. The algorithm is used to realize fast response and adjustment when production or plan changed. Finally, a prototype system that supports SSP manufacturing process management is developed.
