  • Abstract
Assessing the third-party payment risk is to use scientific methods and forecast risk, which could provide executive scientific basis. Qualitative analysis and quantified analysis are dialectical and unified. To analyze the third-party payment risk assessment with the methods of AHP and vague general evaluation model, the third-party payment business is showed as an example for research. The conclusions are that development of third-party payment is not ripe and has more risks in use, the legal risks and financial risks are especially serious. Government needs to encourage and support development of the third-party payment and develop appropriate measures in their supervision. The payment enterprise must improve their competitiveness and establish credibility system. The bank must examine strictly the qualifications and specific information of the third-party payment platform. The consumer must choose payment business reasonably and strengthen their sense of security payment. It proved practicability of the conclusions from the numerical analysis.
