Abstract

The algorithm of the electromagnetic analysis in time domain mode of planar structures with optional distribution of permittivity (/spl epsiv/>1, /spl epsiv/<1, /spl epsiv/=0, /spl epsiv/=0) is stated. Two parametric algorithms and expressions for R/spl tau/-elements of the equivalent circuit of space volume is given, The accuracy of the method is appreciated. The example of method application for analysis of wave scattering on the nonequilibrium dielectric cylinder, is given.
