Abstract :
To explore di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP) and d (i2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DOP) joint action of the testes of adult male rats to the structure and function of influence. Forty healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided randomly into four groups and were administered respectively with DBP (500mg/kg), DOP (500 mg/kg), combined group(DBP 500mg/kg, DOP 500 mg/kg), negative control group (corn oil) water solution by intragastric administration continuously for six weeks. The does of intragastric administration was 10 ml/kg. Sperm density and abnormal rate in the epididymis. Testicular reproductive hormone levels, oxidation damage were detected. The results showed that the densities and motility rates of sperm in combined dose groups decreased significantly than that of control dose groups. The differences all have statistical significance (P<;0.05). The abnormal rates in each dose groups increased significantly than that of control dose groups, The differences all have statistical significance (P<;0.05); FSH and LH in combined dose groups increased significantly than that of control dose groups. The differences all have statistical significance (P<;0.05). T in each dose groups decreased significantly than that of control dose groups. The differences all have statistical significance (P<;0.05); SOD, GSH-Px and T-AOC in combined dose groups decreased significantly than that of control dose groups. The differences all have statistical significance (P<;0.05), MDA in each dose groups increased significantly than that of control dose groups. The differences all have statistical significance (P<;0.05). Factorial analysis showed that the interaction of them abnormal rates of sperm and MDA in rats caused by the joint exposure to DBP and DOP significant(P<;0.01). DOP and DBP can damage rat testes structure, affect its function, DBP and DOP joint damage with function stronger, perform synergistic damage effect.
