Abstract :
It constructed the systems that water resources sustainable development appraisal indicator and warning degree division, selected appraisal indicator of water resources sustainable utilization of 15 years in Shiyang river basin, applied principal components analysis to choose principal components and corresponding variance contribution rate, took the variance contribution rate of principal divisor as the weight. It made exploratory warning forecast for water resources sustainable utilization in Shiyang river basin in future 15 years through principal divisor model and built appraisal indicator system.
