Abstract :
This paper makes a systematic study and analysis about the improving form Discrete GM(1,1) Model of grey forecasting model GM(1,1),and the model´s effectiveness and reliance are illustrated with the living example of forecasting of real estate prices. Research results show that DGM(1,1) model can be considered as the precise form of grey forecasting model. Providing a kind of new method for forecasting prices of real estate market, the paper has important guiding significance for rational development of real estate industry.
