            Abstract :
The anti-floating of sub structures is very important in engineering practice. Traditional methods for anti-floating of underground structures include enlarging the weight, expanding the area of soleplate as well as the anti-floating anchorage, lowering groundwater, etc. In this paper, a one-way seal method for anti-floating of underground structures is proposed. A ball check valve can be used to reduce the force of groundwater. A project case shows that the method is very economical and reasonable in solving the problem of anti-floating of large underground structure.
