Abstract
Graphical evaluation review technique is a kind of powerful modeling tools whose scope of application covers almost all areas of the national economy. But classical GERT network technology can´t solve random network with the fuzzy information parameter. In view of random network with the fuzzy information parameter, a new F-GERT network modeling technique which considers the fuzzy information is proposed in this paper. Moreover, the moments and moment generating function of F-GERT network are constructed and the important mathematical nature of four aspects is discussed in detail. On this basis, the simulation algorithm of F-GERT network is studied using signal flow graph principle. Through simulating the paper concludes that the model of F-GERT network and simulation algorithm which are proposed in this paper can solve the social economy question effectively and the effect is good.
