Abstract :
Based on the analysis of the exploitable wind energy reserves, the current status of wind energy exploitation as well as the problems in the development of wind power industry, this paper gives out the targets for the development of non-grid-connected wind power. Although there are abundant wind energy reserves that can be exploited in central China, the wind power industry is still in its early stage at present; therefore, scientific objectives for the exploitation of wind energy and non-grid-connected wind power industry need to be set up. The construction of wind power plants is required to be strengthened in regions with abundant wind energy reserves, and the clusters of non-grid-connected wind power industry per province also needs to be established. To achieve the above goals, great effort should be made so that the wind power industry can step into a new booming period.
