Abstract :
Methods for the optimization of the uniform distribution of microwave energy in a partially filled rectangular chamber are proposed. Optimum amplitude-phase distributions of oscillator currents are calculated. A calculation example proves the essential increase in uniformity of synthesized distribution in comparison with one-element excitation.
