Abstract :
The global onrush of the DVB-T multichannel and multipurpose terrestrial digital broadcasting is described. The efficiency indicators of the DVB-T standard for national economies and its market potential are outlined. A conceptual plan for the implementation of multipurpose terrestrial digital broadcasting is presented.
