Abstract :
Many factors affect the technology innovation power. But every factor´s impact degree is vague. The traditional cluster analysis method can not reasonably evaluate these factors´ impact degree. Based on fuzzy cluster analysis and matlab software, the paper can obtain more reasonable evaluation results about various factors´ impact degree on technology innovation power. The evaluation results can give positive guidance for technology innovation decision-making. The research is of great theoretical value and practical significance for grasping main factors which have significant effect on the technology innovation power and improving relevant management measures.
