Abstract
Influenced by the global financial crisis since later 2008, the economy of Russia has declined across the board. Russian GDP has fallen by about 9% in 2009. In this paper, the economy in Russian Far East grew slowly, however, the overall situation was better than the whole country´s situation. With the post crisis era coming, the government and enterprises must have a clear view of local coming socio-economic situations, and prepare fully to meet the risks of trade and investment.
