Abstract
With IT development, BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) has become the developing trend for service outsourcing, which has attracted more and more people´s attention. This paper gave a new explanation on the definition of BPO, and analyzed the factors influencing BPO service quality based on BPO characteristic analysis.
